Why We Built This Site
Public access in Georgia still requires knowing who maintains a particular record. Alan J. Lee, Clerk of Superior and State Courts, keeps filings and docket activity for those Carroll divisions. Magistrate, Probate, Juvenile, and municipal courts have separate responsibilities. The local free Tyler index, PeachCourt’s provider access, and Georgia Courts’ Judicial Gateway serve different purposes rather than forming one universal search. We organize verified contacts, portal distinctions, local case-number fields, and request routes so those boundaries are easier to follow.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Carroll County
- Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
- Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference resource, not part of any Georgia court, clerk’s office, or government agency. Its limits include the following:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
An official or certified docket sheet or court document must come from the court or clerk that maintains the original. This resource can identify that office but cannot issue the record.
Search Partners
Third-party companies operate search tools shown on some pages and control their own results, fees, and service terms. A paid registration reached through one of those tools may produce referral revenue that supports free access to this resource. Carroll County Court Docket does not set a partner’s prices or determine the contents of its reports.
